Our Villa Matija is located in the quiet village of Krvavica. Krvavica is located on the '' Makarska Riviera '' between Baska Voda and Makarska.
Both places can be reached by car in a few minutes. If you have a little more time, you can go on foot and take a nice walk along the beach.
In Villa Matija there are 6 fully equipped apartments in different sizes. From 55 sqm to 85 sqm.
All apartments are fully equipped and have a private parking space.
In our small but fine village there are a few small shops next to the marina where you can buy bread and other small things. We would also be happy to reserve a table for you in one of our secret tip restaurants in the village or in Makarska. The quiet beach of Krvavica or Bratuš can be reached in a few minutes on foot from our Villa Matija. Of course there are also some cafes, restaurants and shops on the beach. The swimming pool is heated and large enough to swim a few laps.
Split Airport can be reached in around 60 minutes by car. We are happy to help you with a rental car

Excursions:
You have many excursion options on the Makarska Riviera, particularly recommended, a trip to Biokovo, the mountain that surpasses the entire coastal area of Makarska, but also a visit to the neighboring islands is recommended. It takes half an hour to get to the Biokovo hill by car. Along the way there is Gornji Tucepi, some restaurants, and on the mountain saddle 'Staza' (path) (897 m) you will find the restaurant 'Vrata Biokova' (Porta von Biokovo). The mountain hiking home is also on the way to the top.
The same route through Gornji Tucepi takes you inland to the place of pilgrimage Medjugorje (64 km), Vrgorac (36 km). In the inland it is recommended to visit the city of Mostar (91 km), Vid (Narona 77 km), Imotski (25 km) and Sinj (92 km). Split and Dubrovnik are the cities that are a must to visit.
