Splendid villa with elegant and refined furnishings, located on the Canale di Pirro close to Selva di Fasano, ideal for a group of friends or a family.
Villa L'Arco in Col is a fine property, completely renovated and boasts modern and elegant furnishings. Strategically located a few kilometers from Alberobello and Fasano, it offers maximum privacy. The front door leads to the living area with a large window and an incredible view of the entire valley, and is furnished with two sofas, a fireplace, a dining table and an open-plan kitchen, equipped with all amenities including a dishwasher, an oven and a microwave. Also on the same floor is a study and a wonderful hot tub. From here there is access to the lower floor where there are two bedrooms with queen-size beds, both with ensuite bathrooms; in one there is also a single sofa bed. On the same floor, but with a separate entrance, we have another room with a queen bed and ensuite bathroom. In addition, each room has its own dedicated outdoor sofa. A service bathroom completes the layout.
Free wifi, air conditioning and heat pump heating will be available to guests.
The exteriors are spacious and functional: there are three terraces with views, two upstairs furnished with sofas and tables, and one downstairs with a large outdoor sofa and a covered dining area with an outdoor kitchen and pizza oven. Framing this beautiful property is a carefully tended garden full of plants, where there is also a swing and a hammock.

From here, our guests can easily discover the amazing and hidden places of our land: Cisternino, known as one of the most beautiful village in Italy; Alberobello, which is famous for its ancient dwellings, Trullos, world heritage since 1996. 30 kms north our guests can visit Polignano a Mare and Monopoli, old fishermen villages with evocative historic centres and enchanting beaches. Going further north, guests can find Bari, Eastern threshold, meanwhile toward south our guest will get to Torre Guaceto nature reserve, just before reaching Brindisi and Lecce, capital of Barocco. Taranto, the heart of Magna Grecia is located west of Ostuni, and then Matera, famous for its Sassi and European capital of culture for 2019.
Brindisi (65 kilometers) and Bari (80 kilometers) are the closest airports to Fasano.
