In the garden, which extends in front of the 3 facades of the villa (about 6000 m2), you will find a dining table for 12 guests and many shaded spaces where you can relax, enjoying a good glass of wine or reading a book. The beautiful pool (18m x 12m), oval shaped, with ripples, is surrounded by plants and flowers as well as deckchairs and parasols. Amazing view of the Monte Argentario promontory and the old fishing village, Porto Ercole. Spacious porch (without windows but with beams), equipped with a sofa, chairs, a dining table, a barbecue and an outdoor oven, to give you the opportunity to eat delicious meals in outside, while enjoying the panorama, away from the sun. INTERIOR DESCRIPTION The villa, with an area of ??400 m2, designed on 2 levels, has been furnished in a typical Italian interior style. It can accommodate up to 10 people. It has a total of 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. On the ground floor you will find a spacious and inviting living room with wide French windows leading directly to the veranda. This room has comfortable sofas, a fireplace, a flat screen TV and a very nice table, suitable for playing games. Then you will reach the dining room (with its wooden table), the kitchen (with direct access to the rear garden), fully equipped, including an oven, a microwave, a refrigerator, a freezer and a lava -washing up. Then you will see a laundry room and a small double bedroom, with its own bathroom (with shower). A door on the right side of the living room will lead you to the bedrooms: the main double bedroom (including a large bed for 2 people, a flat screen TV and a private bathroom with a Jacuzzi bath), a double bedroom (with a bathroom bathroom with shower), a bedroom with twin beds and a double bedroom (each of these rooms having a bathroom with shower). On the first floor, (which can be reached by taking either the internal staircase or the outside staircase), you will find another bedroom with twin beds, having a private bathroom (with shower) and a large balcony. It is, in reality, a veritable roof terrace, a place where you can admire a splendid view of the sea. You will have a Wifi Internet connection throughout the villa.
