Come relax and enjoy one of Rhode Islands best beach towns, the town of Narragansett! This well-equipped home is conveniently located less than a half-mile from Narragansett Town Beach. Within close proximity are restaurants, shops, a playground, basketball courts, and more.

An updated kitchen features newer cabinets, granite counter tops, and tile flooring. The top floor features a full kitchen, living room, 3 bedrooms, and 2 full bathrooms. There is a flat screen TV in the living room with cable! The bottom level has 2 bedrooms, 1 full bath plus an additional sitting area and extra fridge!
Enjoy cocktails and barbecues on the expanded deck off the main floor. Sliding glass doors on the lower level open to the spacious, fenced-in back yard.

While on vacation enjoy a day trip to Block Island or Martha's Vineyard! The Block Island ferry is just a few miles down the road, where you can ride on the fast ferry or larger ferry and enjoy a quick getaway!
**Bed sheets, bath towel sets, hand towels, kitchen towels, and bathmats will arrive in a big linen bag at your doorstep. The items are packaged in plastic to ensure that each renter is given a fresh set for their stay. This will mean making the beds, as I like to make sure that is understood as part of our efforts to put our renters' minds at ease regarding the cleanliness of the linens. Starter supplies are provided with each rental. Starter sets include at least: one roll of paper towels, one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, one dishwasher pod, one laundry pod, three trash bags, a new sponge, and small bars of hand soap in each bathroom. Guests will need to bring anything they'll need beyond those starter supplies.
