Located directly on the fine sandy natural beach of the Baltic Sea, the Danish islands in the vicinity, awaits you with the "Ostseequartier" a holiday home at its best.
Completed in July 2015, the holiday apartment "Småland" is only 80 meters away from one of the most beautiful beaches of the Baltic coast in Kronsgaard / Angeln and impresses with its spacious layout, the large garden with swing and sandpit and the sauna.
DOGS ARE WELCOME TO THIS APARTMENT.
In spring, the first rays of sunshine on the large southwest terrace and in summer the beach is right on your doorstep. In autumn and winter you can enjoy the view in the garden at KAMINgeknister and warm up after long walks in the SAUNA.
The 5-star apartment was planned down to the smallest detail and equipped by a specialized interior designer.
The apartment is designed for 6 people. The floor is designed with high-quality wood-effect DESIGN PLANKS and is heated by a FLOOR HEATING. All windows are provided with privacy blinds and in the bedrooms with blackout pleats.
The apartment "Småland" offers the perfect place to spend a relaxing holiday with your family or friends.
LIVING AREA
The spacious living area with dining area and kitchenette offers plenty of space for the whole family. The large corner sofa with its many cushions in pastel colors invites you to linger, relax and read. The large, floor-mounted windows let in a lot of light and also allow a fantastic view of the garden.
The KAMIN is visible from the dining area as well as from the cozy seating area and thus provides a nice viewpoint and pleasant warmth on cold days.
The large SOLID WOOD DINING TABLE (180cm length) offers plenty of space for dining and playing.
The desk placed at the window provides the perfect place to let your mind wander or write your vacation post.
The technical features include a large flat screen TV (55 inches), DVD / Blu-ray player, stereo (Sonoro) with radio, CD player, USB port, Aux-In and Bluetooth. Of course you have Wi-Fi in the apartment.
A small selection of books, games, CDs and DVDs is also available.
KITCHEN
The open-plan fitted kitchen offers ideal conditions to enjoy socializing while you cook. It is equipped with high quality branded products.
A stove with integrated oven, extractor fan, fridge and freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, blender, waffle irons and much more make the heart of any cooking enthusiast beat faster.
In addition to the technical equipment, it convinces z. White porcelain, cutlery and pots from WMF, knives from Fiskars and bowls from Rosti Mepal.

A VERDUNKLUNGSROLLO leaves the sunlight outside especially for the little guests.
A large wardrobe also offers enough storage space for your holiday wardrobe.

We have a small selection of other pillows (side sleeper / 80x40cm pillow, neck pillow and roll), which we will gladly provide.

Opposite the bedrooms are two bathrooms, one with direct access to the sauna.

Features include a large teak table with six recliner and seat cushions, two sun loungers and a parasol.
For your personal barbecue pleasure, a GAS GRILL from WEBER is at your disposal.
Outside Area:
Three affectionately arranged sun-islands, which each have a beach chair for you from September, are also on the property of the Ostseequartier. Enjoy the tranquility, a delicious drink and a relaxing sunbath - what more do you need?
For your car there is a parking space directly next to the house. Your bicycles, other vehicle fleet, surfboards, fishing equipment, etc. can be stored in a lockable tool shed.
