The "Ærø" apartment, which was completed in July 2015, is only 80 meters away from one of the most beautiful beaches on the Baltic Sea coast in Kronsgaard / fishing and inspires with the sea view, the light-flooded living space and the clever room layout.
In spring, the first rays of sunshine lure the large southeast balcony and in summer the bathing beach is right outside your door. In autumn and winter you can enjoy the VIEW OF THE SEA at the fireplace crackle and warm up after long walks.
The 5-star apartment was planned down to the smallest detail and equipped by a specialist interior designer.
The apartment is designed for 4 people. The floor is designed with high-quality DESIGN PLANKEN in a wood look and is heated by a FLOOR HEATING. All windows are fitted with privacy pleated blinds and in the bedrooms with blackout pleated blinds.
The apartment "Ærø" offers the perfect space to spend a few relaxing days with friends or family.
LIVING AREA
The living area with dining area and kitchenette impresses with its SEA VIEW and many floor-to-ceiling windows. The large and extra deep sofa invites you to linger, relax and read.
The custom-made dining table is complemented by the chairs from THONET - real design classics. The selected oak furniture fits perfectly with the high-quality furnishing concept of this apartment.
The FIREPLACE is visible from the dining area as well as from the cozy seating area and thus provides a beautiful viewpoint and cozy warmth on cold days.
The technical equipment includes a flat screen TV (32 inch), DVD / Blu-ray player, stereo system (Sonoro) with radio, CD player, USB port, aux-in and Bluetooth. Of course you have WiFi in the apartment.
A small selection of books, games, CDs and DVDs is also available.
KITCHEN
The open-plan fitted kitchen offers the ideal conditions to enjoy being together while cooking. It is equipped with high quality branded articles.
A stove with integrated oven, extractor hood, fridge and freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, blender and much more make every cook's heart beat faster.
In addition to the technical devices, it convinces z. B. by dishes from Maxwell Williams, cutlery and pots from WMF, knives from Fiskars and bowls from Rosti Mepal.
Special attention has also been given to the many small kitchen helpers, so that nothing stands in the way of your cooking pleasure on vacation.
BEDROOM
Bedroom I
Here, too, the high-quality furnishing concept of the holiday apartment will be continued. Bedside tables made of OAK flank the comfortable BOX SPRING BED (180x200cm).
The oversize down comforters (155x220cm) guarantee a restful sleep. Decorative pillows made of linen and cozy fleece blankets make this bedroom a real WELL-BEING ROOM.
DARKING PLISSES let the sun outside if desired. A large wardrobe offers enough space for the holiday wardrobe. A built-in safe is available for your personal valuables.
Another flat screen TV is also installed in this room.
Bedroom II / children's room
This bedroom, which is also kept in natural tones, is equipped with two separate BOX SPRING BEDS (90x200cm) and down blankets in oversize (155x220cm). A blackout blind leaves the sunlight outside, especially for younger guests.
A wardrobe also offers enough storage space for your holiday wardrobe and what you have brought with you.
There is also a flat screen TV here.
We have a small selection of other pillows (side sleeper / 80x40cm pillow, neck pillow and roll) that we are happy to provide.
The BEDS are, of course, already MOVED when you arrive.
BATHROOM
The bathroom has a window and impresses with its light tiles. It is equipped with a shower (RAINSHOWER), a toilet and a vanity with a base cabinet.
A towel radiator also creates the possibility to warm up or dry the towels.
A large mirror, a cosmetic mirror, a powerful hair dryer and an initial set of cosmetic items complete this room.
Of course, we also provide fluffy TOWELS and SHOWER TOWELS for FREE.
TOILET
The guest toilet is equipped with a vanity with base cabinet, a large mirror and a toilet.
WASHING MACHINE and DRYER are also in this room. Of course there is also a clothes horse in the apartment.
BALCONY
This BALCONY (12 m²) really offers everything: you can see the SEA and at the same time have a south-east orientation, which guarantees you a lot of LIGHT and SUN - if it shines.
The equipment includes a large table made of teak with four adjustable high backs and seat covers, as well as a parasol.
A GAS GRILL from WEBER is available for your personal grilling pleasure.
Outside Area:
Three lovingly designed sun islands, each of which will have a beach chair for you from September, are also located on the property of the Baltic Sea Quarter. Enjoy the peace, a delicious drink and a relaxing sunbath - what more do you need?
A parking space is available for your car right next to the house. You can store your bicycles, other fleets, surfboards, fishing equipment etc. in a lockable tool shed.
LOCATION AND SHOPPING POSSIBILITIES
The "Baltic Sea Quarter" is located in the recognized resort of Kronsgaard, only 80 meters from the white, fine sandy beach. The beautifully situated village lies in the middle of a wonderful landscape between FLENSBURGER FÖRDE and Ostseefjord SCHLEI. The Baltic Sea on the doorstep and the wonderful Schleiregion offer the perfect conditions for relaxed, but also eventful vacation days.
Located on the Ostangel coast, one of the most beautiful beaches on the Baltic Sea invites you to swim and relax. You can rent beach chairs on the entire beach. A dog bathing beach is only 700 meters away. Tourist tax is not charged in Kronsgaard.
SHOPPING POSSIBILITIES arise on site (500m away) in season at the small grocery store "De lüdde Koopmann" and another small supermarket in the direction of Maasholm.
For the small hunger in between, the STRANDBISTRO "Up’n Drecht" provides you with delicious snacks, ice cream, coffee & cake as well as cold drinks.
You can get fresh FISH and FISH BREAD in the Fischerklause (4 km) or directly at the harbor in Kappeln.
Numerous HOFCAFES and SHOPS are typical for fishing and you will also find many of them near Kronsgaard. The Mangelsen farm shop in a string mill offers z. B. an extensive selection of fruits, vegetables and breads. Janbecks in Gelting and the Café Lichthof in Falshöft are just a few who will make you happy with their homemade cakes.
Thursdays is WEEKLY MARKET in Kappeln and about 15 retailers offer regional and international goods in this small, fine market.
LARGER SUPERMARKETS and DRUGS (Aldi, Edeka, Lidl, Rossmann), restaurants, cafes, banks, pharmacies can be found in Kappeln (10 km) and Gelting (7 km).
SURROUNDINGS AND DESTINATIONS
Walkers are advised to take a simple, very relaxed beach hike that will take them along the beautiful beach for miles. While the imposing cliffs are waiting in the direction of GELTINGER BIRK and past the holiday village of Golsmaas, the longer way, past the LIGHTHOUSE FALSHÖFT, offers a great view to the Kalkgrund lighthouse, which stands between the Geltinger Bay and the Flensburg Fjord. This region is also known as the Danish South Pacific. Why? The best way to find out for yourself.
Visit the hinterland, because the landscape away from the beach and the sea also has its charms. Two nearby nature reserves (Geltinger Birk & Vogelschutzgebiet Oehe-Schleimünde) invite you to go hiking and cycling.
