Finca Levante was built in 2000, over a hill of the sierra de Levante on a plot of 30,000 m² in the middle of the beautiful Mallorcan countryside with marvellous views to a great part of the Isle. The house and its decoration preserve all the details of the Majorca style but with all the modern amenities. The house has two floors; on the ground floor it presents a nice and large entrance, a kitchen with a spacious connecting dining room for 10 persons, a living room with satellite TV, a double bedroom, a fully equipped bathroom and a big laundry room with a washing machine, a tumble-dryer and an iron/board. On the second floor the house presents a living room, another studio with sleeping couch (suitable for 2 children) and a TV, very peaceful and especially dedicated to the rest and the reading, three double bedrooms (one with balcony) and two full-equipped bathrooms. The house is surrounded by beautiful green gardens and has a large terrace to enjoy the sun and the view, Outside is a saltwater swimming pool and a barbecue and a covered terrace. All areas are equipped with their own garden furniture. In front of the house you also have a clay track at your disposal to play petanque or football and there is also table tennis. In order to offer a further playing place for the children part of the terrace is reserved for them and equipped with a swing.
