Upstairs: 2 bedrooms in the attic (1 double bed 140x190) (2 single beds 90x200 which can be combined on prior request). Country house, facing south with terrace of 15 m², garden at the foot of the hillside of 600 m², unobstructed parking space of 30 m². Baby equipment on request. Possibility of storing equipment or belongings in the lean-to on the ground (white door). We quickly fall in love with the typicality of this gîte in the Penty spirit and the architecture of fishermen's houses with at the same time all the modernity of its warm interior. Pascal and Régine have achieved great success for their 2nd gîte which comes from Régine's mother and which will thus be able to remain within the family circle. In a country that is both market gardening and maritime, you will easily stroll along the hiking trails that the Presqu'ile abounds with, among others, the GR34 (customs officers' trail) at your doorstep, the superb panoramas are yours! Pommelin Cove can be seen discreetly at 600 m and ends with Ile à Bois, which can be circumnavigated along the shores. A little further away, also discover: the flowery village of Kermouster with its chapel, a former fishing village overlooking the Trieux estuary, facing the Ile de Bréhat. 5 km from the Lézardrieux marina, 11 km from Paimpol, 13 km from Tréguier, 17 km from the pier to reach the Ile de Bréhat.
