Nearby resort-style amenities include three lavish pools, two scenic lakes, fishing dock, fire pits, fitness center, private dune crossovers, lawn games, and a pirate ship playscape! Enjoy on-site restaurants such as a Mediterranean bistro and a pizzeria.

This luxurious townhome's first floor boasts an open-concept living room, a dining area that will seat 8 and a kitchen island bar that will seat an additional 3 people - a perfect gathering spot for the entire group.
