This six-bedroom house (with 4.5 bathrooms) is perfect for large family gatherings. Enjoy the two primary suites with attached bathrooms, one is on the first floor and one is on the second floor. The house has an open-concept living and a gorgeous kitchen area, but also offers a quiet study room with a desk and a three-season porch where you can enjoy some quiet time. The three-season porch is a lovely location to enjoy morning coffee or crafts with the kids as you watch the boaters pass by. If you are visiting in the cooler months, take advantage of the wood-burning fireplace and bask in the view of the canals.
The outdoor shower feels wonderful after a hot day of relaxing on the beach. The house also has free high-speed WiFi, and five cable set TVs (two in the primary suites, one in the queen room, one in the study, and one in the living room). On the porch, there is a dedicated toy cabinet filled with board games and lots of toys/games for the kids.
The private dock is the perfect location for kids to try crab watching, and when it’s time to explore, slip into the provided kayak or stand-up paddleboard for a quiet outing. The house also offers an assortment of beach toys, so head to the beach on Second Street or the North Division Street beach ramp. For your convenience, two parking passes are included with the home so you can park anytime at the beaches in South Bethany or enjoy the short walk down the street.
