Summary: Our stay at the Statler was excellent. We had to add an additional night at the last minute. Quinnton at the front desk was so helpful and kept us in the same room both nights. (The original staff member told us it wasn't possible) We also attended a wine pairing dinner at Banfi (restaurant in hotel). Staff was wonderful.
