Positive: Very quiet location, easy to get to. Relatively small but nice pool. Spacious house and two spacious bedrooms, 2 smaller bedrooms. Kitchen well equipped with the exception of the coffee machine. Washing and drying machine, nice outside area, big inside space with dining and living room.
Negative: Two garage doors instead of one, too small to fit a 4x4 on one side. Beds are relatively small and the mattresses not super comfortable. BBQ was not cleaned. Pool Box behind the pool underneath the pool blanked pretty dirty and not cleaned. Never saw someone cleaning the pool in two weeks. House nicely equipped but slightly over priced for the value of the money.
