Summary: Worst experience ever when staying at a VRBO property. We had multiple issues but most significant was that there was no bedroom on the first floor despite being told there was one. I told the host about my parents’ limited mobility but the best we could do was a pull out couch that was on the opposite side of the house with 2 elevation changes to negotiate with a walker.
