2 Bedroom House in Historic Third Ward, Milwaukee
Custom built, large luxury loft with lots of special amenities. Right in the heart of the city with great restaurants, shopping and entertainment all within walking distance. Enjoy the city but have a get away to pamper yourself. 3100 square feet of elegant Loft space and inside garage parking means a home away from home. Two bedrooms each with their own bathroom are closed off from the rest of the Loft for privacy allowing two couples/business people to share the Loft with plenty of space.
The space
This Loft has wonderful open kitchen/living room/dining room space, a media room as well as two separate and private bedroom/bathroom areas and is large enough that two couples or traveling business workers can share the Loft yet have privacy.
We also have a Massage Therapist and a Pilates studio on the 2nd floor where economically priced individual or group classes can be scheduled, just let us know and we can help you coordinate your work out. Many guests have found it a convenient way to work out while they are traveling and staying at our Loft.
For joggers, walkers or bikers, the Hank Aaron State Trail is also within a two block access.
Guest access
The full Loft will be yours during your stay. However, we do ask guests to limit their "building exploration" to just the fifth floor where the Loft is located and the basement parking area. There are office spaces on floors 2, 3 and 4 and while the elevator stops at those floors, the business tenants do not appreciate curious visitors walking down their halls!
Other things to note
The Loft has been set up to accommodate handicap needs with grab bars installed in the 2nd bedroom bathroom and a shower that allows for a sitting chair to be used. Please let us know if you have special needs and we can provide more information.
While the kitchen and dining area are so large and look lovely for entertaining, we ask that no parties or group get-togethers beyond the up to 4 people staying at the Loft, or photography or film shoots be done without getting special permission which includes additional fees.
