LARGE, TIMELESS LAKE HOUSE with 85 ft of pristine Okanagan Lake WATERFRONT tucked away off of West Kelowna's breathtaking Westside Road. There is room for everyone here! Complete with a beautiful yard at the lake for lounging, dock, boat lift, diving board & cozy fire pit. A quick 15 minute drive (or boat ride) to downtown Kelowna, world-renowned wineries & golf, 30 minutes from Kelowna Airport & 1 hour to Big White. Lots of extras for the little ones. A/C, 2 kitchens and parking for 5 vehicles.
This classic & warm lake house is nestled in a small enclave of lakefront homes and equipped with all the luxuries of home (Nespresso!). Enjoy meals and good company on the two massive decks while you take in stunning sunrises & lake views for days. Open concept main floor with huge great room for gathering with gas fireplace and 2 sets of french doors to outside living. Three large bedrooms with private ensuites (Master on the main), two more bedrooms, living room with sofa beds, Kitchenette and bathroom in the downstairs suite (fancy a game of foosball?), as well as an additional sofa bed in the log cabin boathouse by the water if needed. Equipped with A/C, main kitchen, kitchenette and 2 laundry rooms - perfect for large groups of friends and family.
After enjoying a day lounging on the dock, on the water or visiting local wineries or golf courses, enjoy dinner on the deck and finish the evening around the fire by the lake!
