At that time, I will also email you a contract for you to sign and return. After the VRBO fee and rental fee has been paid, I will then contact Harborside to place the reservation into your name. Once I receive the revised reservation from Harborside, I will send it to you via email. Please message me to discuss payment options.

Once your payment has been received, there are NO CANCELLATIONS. There are NO Booking Fees!!! Or ANY other fees associated with this rental. Some kiosks at the Beach/Pool areas ONLY accept your Atlantis Room Key as form of payment. These places are called "Cashless".
