Summary: Very pleasant staff, nice food for evening meal and breakfast, reasonably priced evening menu (we had the fixed price menu). Room was large, felt cold when we arrived but that was due to the radiators being switched off. Once they were on the room warmed up very nicely and quickly. Room felt a little dated but nothing too bad, could do with a little fresh coat of paint. Our room (5) was also above the main bar area, think this might apply to all the rooms and we could hear the conversations quite clearly from below. So if you are a light sleeper and want to go to bed before closing time this might affect you. Overall, I was happy and would return for an overnight stay and food.
