Travel Purpose: leisure
Positive: Location was perfect between Penn Yan and Hammondsport. In the heart of wine trails and breweries. Plenty of on sight parking is available. Communication with host was extremely prompt and helpful. Host even went to purchase a highchair for our stay when I ask if one was included. Facilities were spotless and fully supplied for our stay. Towels and linens were very comfortable and had plenty for our stay. The speakeasy room is a real treat so unique and relaxing. The hot tub was conveniently located and in excellent condition. The hosts even provided us with some special little treats upon arrival which was beyond accommodating. I am an experienced traveler and I have to say this is one of the best properties I have ever stayed at. The host truly knows what they are doing to provide a memorable stay! You can tell they take pride in the experience they offer to guests.
Negative: We traveled with young children and the stairs were a bit hazardous. I mentioned this to the host and they seemed happy to provide a child proof gate for the future. They did a great job in responding to this.
Summary: 5 star accommodation! Beautifully renovated could not ask for more!!
