The apartment is located on the first floor of this listed building, welcoming you directly into the striking “yellow” dining room. Here, a bold striped ceiling and warm tones create a unique atmosphere, with a large table that comfortably seats 10. French balcony doors open towards the quiet inner courtyard, adding a touch of elegance and light.
To the left, you’ll find the spacious living room, designed for relaxation with a cozy corner sofa, a 50" TV, and a stunning oversized replica of Gustav Klimt’s The Kiss as a focal point.
