KETER DAVID is a 136 sqm flat with an open terrace (15 sqm) that is on the 6th floor. This newly built complex,
offers a completely furnished Kosher, three and half bedrooms, 2.5 bathroom, under floor heating system, air conditioning and electric blinds.
There is a 24hr doorman. You will enjoy private parking, a rarity in bustling Jerusalem.

The Master bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom with a large shower.
The main bathroom has a bathtub. There is a half bathroom off of the Salon.

Guest Access
Guests will have full use of the property, park , elevators and parking . parking can be access only to guests that provides their car license number as the security need to add it to the system ( automatic gate system that reads the car plate number) , please be aware this can be done only in advance and only to one car for the period of the stay.
Housekeeping available on request (not included in rental fee).
Electricity use is with no extra charge up to 10$ a day alowance (avarage is 5-6$ a day) .
Interaction with guests
Property mananger will greet the guests between 830am till 6pm every day, on Friday from 830am till 2pm.
On Saturday we have no arrivals or new bookings .
Guests that arrives in other hours then the above will get instructions by phone and email how to get access to the units etc.
Guests that want to have some one to meet them beyound work hours
please indicate that in advance.
Weekends are Friday to Sunday and for such we charge two nights .

The building have two elevators , one function in shabbat control over shabbat , chagim and yom tov.
the rental rate which is published is the basic rate, it is always depend
on the period of the time you are booking and the season in the year.
