Nestled between the Sandy & Salmon Rivers, listen to them roar while relaxing on the back deck, sitting in the hot tub or enjoying the peaceful private property. Completely remodeled 1,400-square-foot home with an upstairs master bed room. It’s only 20 minutes from Ski Bowl & 5 minutes from multiple hiking & mountain biking opportunities. Our place offers 1 king bed upstairs, a Queen bed and 2 twin beds. 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a washer and dryer. Our place is set up well for 6 guest.

This place has just been fully remodeled and updated. It has a beautiful kitchen with everything you need. Refrigerator, dishwasher, stove top, oven, toaster and of course a coffee machine.
It’s 1400 square foot house. Three bedrooms 2 bathrooms. It has one King bed upstairs with its one private bathroom and shower.
Downstairs has a queen bedroom that you can also access the down stairs bathroom from. Next to that has another bedroom with two twin beds.
It features a beautiful indoor fireplace for your enjoyment, a coffee nook to enjoy your favorite cup of coffee or tea or a quiet area to work. It has a large flat screen TV, comfortable couches and a family dining table. It has big beautiful windows to enjoy outside and maybe even see deer passing by.
2 bathrooms one upstairs and one downstairs. Upstairs is a single shower. Down stairs in a shower tub combo.
Enjoy the back deck with a brand new hot tub to relax and enjoy the beautiful woodsy property around you.
Our private place is on 2.5 acres surrounded by beautiful trees and landscape. The property is mostly fenced aside from the hillside that overlooks the town of Brightwood.
WiFi available and will be easily accessible to guest
Our Brightwood Hilton house is next to our Superbarn studio that is above the garage which is also available for guests to book on Airbnb.
Both places have designated parking.
Our place also features a car charging station. See pictures listed.

This house is yours to enjoy, have fun, relax. It’s our beautiful home away from home and we are excited to share it with you. A couple exceptions, guests will not have access to the garage below the Superbarn.
Upon arrival, guest will be emailed an access code for the door lock.
No Parties, photo shoots, or events of any kind allowed on the property without prior approval.
Additional guest must be approved.
Any parties without prior approval will be immediately asked to leave and there will be an additional $500 fee.
Any damages that may occur but not subject to guest will be responsible for and a security deposit will be held.
No outside fire allowed at this time. Outside fire pit coming soon.
Due to weather, occasional power outages may occur, flashlights are provided and guests will be instructed to call the host for assistance.

Our private Brightwood Hilton house is on its own septic and sewer system. Please no flushing feminine products, baby wipes, facial wipes, paper, towel, towels, hair, etc. garbage cans are provided in each bathroom and Kitchen. Thank you so much for your understanding and cooperation.
Winter months please be advised that traffic and road conditions can vary and always carry chains.
Up on the hill in brightwood it is its own small little community. Please respect the speed limit and neighbors.
We want you to enjoy our place and love it as much as we do. Please respect it like your own home.
It is only 20 minutes from Ski Bowl & 5 minutes from multiple hiking & mountain biking opportunities.
Our place is about an hour from Portland airport.
Lastly both places on our property are available for booking. The Brightwood Hilton and the Superbarn. The house can be booked separately from the Superbarn. There is separate parking but one driveway. Please be respectful to your neighbors, and enjoy our beautiful place.
