Positive: The apartment is exceptional. The price was fantastic. Everything was in prime conditioning. The balcony is spectacular. Great view of both urban Lisbon and Monsanto's nature in the backdrop. House is very warm by itself, it felt cozy just entering it. The star of the show here is the host of the apartment. He went above and beyond what one could expect, even so far as tending to personal requests that he did not need to fulfill as per the apartment guidelines, and yet he went out of his way to fulfill them to make me as happy as possible during my stay. He was always readily available whenever I needed. That's a better service than I have gotten in most hotels I have been to. There's a lot of apartments out there, but the level of costumer service provided here isn't available everywhere. House had coffee ready to make expressos, tea of all varieties, quite a bit of food to cook even. Can't say enough about the experience. Truly recommended!
