Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: Used the accommodation previously. Great location for getting into Durham. Bus stop right outside. Friendly staff.

Negative: Misleading information provided by Bothe booking.com and The Avenue. Both stated room rate included breakfast, but the invoice was for room only. Only booked the accommodation due to breakfast being provided.

Summary: Great location, friendly staff. But room rate information needs clarification
