Positive: Location

Negative: It was hot, even though we turned the heat down. Had to open the sliding glass door and a window, but could not leave them open for very long because people were smoking cigarettes outside just below. It would help to have an oscillating fan for the bedroom and the living room. Also, the carpet could use a good shampoo/cleaning because it smelled a little. Otherwise, the unit was comfortable and offered good amenities. Thanks, we enjoyed our stay.
