This is a large family home on single level with ducted reverse cycle air conditioning, on a 900m2 beautifully landscaped block. The grounds are fully fenced to keep children contained and does have a fully fenced inground swimming pool set amoungst tropical landscaping. There is off street, outdoor parking for 4 cars and / or mid sized trailer boat.
This is a very comfortable home with a full 180 degree aspect to the pool and back yard gardens from the kitchen, dining rooms and lounges. It can comfortably sleep 6 adults and 4 children in bunk beds.
The main bedroom with king bed + walk in robe with wall mounted TV, the ensuite has twin sinks, a large shower & toilet.
There are 2 x Bedrooms with a Queen bed, wall mount TV and robe in each and 1 bedroom with 4 bunk beds (no TV), with 1 separate toilet and separate bathroom to service these 3 bedrooms. This house is ideally suited for multiple families with 4 children. All linen, pillows, quilts and bath towels supplied.
There are 2 separate lounge / TV rooms equipped with new TVs and DVD players.
There is a large indoor dining table to seat 8, with adjacent 4 seater kitchenette table (round glass table) . There is an undercover outdoor dining table for 8 and an undercover gas BBQ.
The kitchen is equipped with large ice-maker fridge, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine (BYO pods), microwave and electric stove and oven, all crockery and cutlery supplied.
The laundry has a new 8kg front loader washing machine and clothes dryer, with outdoor clothes line adjacent.
This house is located in very quiet surroundings and is not suitable for parties, this is a tranquil retreat outside of the hustle and bustle of Noosa and of Noosaville. Hastings St is a 13 min drive by car or via Council bus stops are a short walk away on Outlook Drive.
The Noosa Marina and boat ramp at Tewantin is less than 5 mins away.
The Noosa Golf Club is 3 mins away by car.
