Spacious, sunny and quiet two bedroom apartment with terrace, in the heart of Graça, one of the city's oldest districts. The apartment is flooded with natural light (double exposure) on the 3rd floor of a typical small building. To decorate our space we used personal items collectibles and found beautiful pieces of furniture in vintage local shops. Living in this apartment you will experience the spirit of old Lisbon with the possibility to walk to the city center. Our apartment is equipped with an air conditioning system (cooling and heating). Our terrace is great to relax after sightseeing, to enjoy your meals or get away from home. Fully equipped (washing machine, dishwasher, kettle, hair dryer, toaster, TV, high speed internet, sheets, towels, etc.) and recently renovated. Capacity for 4 people (2 double bedrooms) .The perfect place for your holidays with your friends or your family! You can enjoy the city, living in one of the most traditional neighborhood! To get to our apartment you can catch an Uber / Taxi which should take roughly 15 - 20 minutes. If you prefer to take the place of the Intendente (take the Alameda line, where you transfer to the green line and follow Intendente Intendente). We do not recommend walking up the street with a heavy luggage. It is obligatory to inform you about your arrival time and the date of your arrival. We will be happy to meet you for check-in at night. Please note that we charge only 20 euro (service) extra for late check-in fee when your time of arrival is after 22:00, we can check you in before 2 am in a morning.
