Smoking or vaping of any kid is not permitted inside the house. If any smoke is detected, there will be a $565 smoke remediation fee.

Driveway can accommodate 2 vehicles. Additional overnight street parking outside the home only.

Heating Optional - the swimming pool is not normally heated and may take up to 12-16 hours to get up to desired temperature (varies with weather). Pool and spa automatically shut down at midnight.

Guests will be provided with a start-up supply of household items such as body wash, shampoo, conditioner, laundry soap, dish soap, paper towels, toilet paper etc. If you are staying longer than a few days, you will need to purchase these items.
Loud parties are not permitted. Neighborhood quiet time starts at 10:00PM. Feel free to keep enjoying the backyard space, but please keep the noise to minimum.
