Positive: Beautiful home and setting and good⁹ location. Very clean and well furnished with generous sized rooms.
Negative: For such a beautiful home, it was equipped with lower quality items. Old flat pillows, no coffee maker, scratchy sheets, under equipped kitchen, Clothes dryer was broken so washing machine was useless. Small, very old TVs that had no ability to connect to the internet, so streaming was not available, also, extremely limited number of cable channels. Beautiful setting, but no shops nearby, so only accessible by car. Could easily be a 10/10 with a few small changes.
Summary: Could easily be a ten but missing a few key things.
