Villa Laguna is a charming 4-bedroom property, with capacity for 8 + 3 people, located in a privileged location in the Sรฃo Rafael area, where beaches, a selection of restaurants and bars can be found within a short walking distance.
From the moment you open the Art Deco style doors, it is evident that this fabulous property was designed with attention to detail. The contemporary style in the living and dining area is complemented by high-quality furniture to create a sophisticated atmosphere.
On the first floor, the bedrooms are composed of built-in wardrobes and elegant furniture that offer an effective contrast with the bold bathroom designs.
On the lower floor, you will find an elegant games room where you can enjoy table tennis and a snooker table, ideal for entertainment during long summer nights.
Outside, you will find a covered terrace fully equipped with wicker furniture overlooking the fabulous pool (optional pool heating as an extra), with a barbecue area perfect for outdoor meals.
Albufeira with its colourful marina, the charming Old Town near Fishermen's Beach and the avenue, restaurants, bars, shops, supermarkets and lively nightlife, are about 5 minutes by car (2.5 km), making it ideal for families, couples and golfers, as there are several golf courses just a few minutes away by car.
Car rental is not necessary, but if you prefer, weโre happy to assist with booking upon request. We can also help arrange transfers if needed.
If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and do not match the property's changeover day, please send us an inquiry before booking to confirm if your dates can be accommodated.
Pool heating is always an added value for your holidays, especially when traveling with children. With pool heating activated, the water temperature will always be between 5ยฐC and 8ยฐC above what it would be without heating.
The changeover day for this property is Thursday (however, there may be flexibility in low season).
There are some restrictions for group bookings.
A booking, insurance and archiving fee of 2.9% will be applied to the total amount of all payments: booking amounts (deposit and final balance), security deposit, transfer, extras and excursions. Please note that this fee is non-refundable, including for the security deposit.
Price for up to 8 persons
From the 9th to the 11th person, an additional fee will be charged, which includes additional beds.(only โฌ 98 each, per week) or, in the case of small children (infants/toddlers), a cot (only โฌ 21 each, per week)
