This house is a real paradise for a dream vacation with family or friends between the landscaped garden with its trampoline, the secure swimming pool and its sun-drenched terrace and a fully equipped interior with air conditioning. All in a quiet environment 2 minutes from the sea and the hills and 15 minutes from the city center.
The house consists of an appointment of 100m2 and 1 floor of the same size. Ground floor: open living room, dining room and kitchen, TV room with air-conditioned sofa bed and shower room, utility room and toilet.
Upstairs, 4 air-conditioned bedrooms: 3 bedrooms with double bed including a master bedroom with its bathroom and 1 bedroom with single bed and / or cot. Each room has its terrace with large picture window and electric shutter.
