This cabin provides 5 bedrooms and 3 full baths:
- Bedroom 1 has one king bed

- Bedroom 5 has a twin bed and a twin over full bunk bed
- 2 full bathrooms with a shower / tub

GOURMET KITCHEN: Refrigerator, stove/oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, cooking basics, spices, dishware/flatware, glassware, mugs, coffee maker with pods, coffee grounds, creamer, sweeteners, as well as tea and hot chocolate,
GENERAL: Linens and towels provided, full size washer/dryer with detergent pods and dryer sheets, electric heating and AC, hangers, laundry bags, iron/board, trash bags/paper towels/toilet paper/tissues,
All bathrooms (3) come stocked with essentials including shampoo, conditioner and body wash, complimentary lotions, q-tips, cotton pads, floss sticks, and individually wrapped makeup remover wipes
Loft Level:
The loft area (top floor) has a separate, private master bedroom with a comfy King sized bed, 50” Smart TV, and a full-length mirror. This floor also has its own bathroom with a stall shower. The loft area has additional living space that doubles as a “Theater Room” for a cozy movie night in. The comfy green couch and provided blankets are perfect to snuggle up with. There's a comfy matching ottoman for extra seating, or to create more lounging space on the couch. There are also two comfortable swivel chairs, and a popcorn machine with all the fixings! Have fun with LED backlighting on the 65” Smart TV to take movie night to the next level.
Main Floor:
The main floor includes a living area with a couch and coffee table and a 55" smart TV for all of your streaming apps. There is a large L shaped couch if you want to enjoy a movie or sit by the fireplace (please note that the fireplace inside has an electric insert. Real fires cannot be started inside. Electric fireplace only). Behind the couch is a full dining area with seating for 8. Next to the dining area is the fully equipped kitchen, with a breakfast bar and 3 bar stools. There is a complimentary coffee station with your coffee necessities (k-cup pods, ground for a pot of coffee, coffee-mate creamer, multiple sweeteners, and coffee stirrers), as well as tea and hot chocolate!
On the main floor you will also find two bedrooms. The first bedroom has a comfy queen bed and a 50" smart TV. The second bedroom has a cozy full bed and a 24" smart TV. Both bedrooms have full length mirrors for getting ready. On the main floor there is also a full bathroom with a tub / shower.
Inside the closets in the upstairs bedroom, you will also find a child’s chair and pack and play.
Downstairs:
On the ground floor level, you will find an unforgettable game room, 2 bedrooms, and a 3rd bath with a tub / shower. One bedroom has a full bed, 32” Smart TV, and a stunning forest wallpaper. The other bedroom has a twin bed, twin over full bunk bed, and a 43” Smart TV. Both bedrooms have a full-length mirror as well as cozy pillows and blankets to make for the perfect sleep over.
You will also find the game room with a foosball table, 3 arcade games with multiple game options, as well as a pool table that converts into a ping pong table. There is also a 50" TV for all of your steaming needs. There is additional table seating with black velvet swivel chairs where you can relax or choose from a variety of card and board games, including a full poker set complete with cards and chips. There are also games for the kids.
Backyard & Deck:
Outside, you can enjoy a relaxing night sitting by the fire (firewood will be provided) or play with any of the outdoor games provided. On the deck, you can use the Weber BBQ grill to make your favorite meal and enjoy it at the outdoor picnic table which comfortably seats six. There are also two oversized chairs with comfy cushions where you can enjoy a cup of coffee or hot chocolate.
If you do need to work during your stay, there is fast Wi-Fi that is ready for business.

For use of the extensive amenities at Big Bass Lake, you must purchase amenity passes and they are priced as follows for ages seven (7) and above:
Daily pass: weekdays $8/per day - per person.
Daily pass: weekend or holiday $10/per day - per person.
Week pass (non-holiday): $30 per week/per person.
Holiday week: $50 per week/per person
Passes can be purchased at the Club House in the summer, and at the Recreation Center or Admin Building in the off-season.
**When you purchase the amenity passes, the community provides you with tennis rackets, balls, basketballs, and even towels for the indoor pool!**
They give you access to every amenity that's seasonally available!
ADDITIONAL ITEMS TO NOTE:
PLEASE READ before booking: We require some information that is needed by the Home Owners Association and must be submitted 3 days before your arrival. Failure to provide this information will be penalized by HOA for $100.00.
Moreover, there will be a $50 charge for ANY CHANGES made to the form less than 3 days before the rental commencement. Please send an inquiry for more details.
All reservations made within 3 days of arrival or without registration will be subject to a $50 fee.
No parties allowed - The maximum number of people allowed is the amount listed at the time that you book - which is a maximum of 12 guests. There will be a $500 fee if there are any parties of more than 12 guests at the property without prior approval.
Smoking or vaping is prohibited inside. If you do smoke outside, please pick up all remnants.
Please supervise children when using bunk beds. Bunk beds are to be used at your own risk.
This property includes security features such as Ring spotlight cameras and Schlage smart locks for self-check-in for your safety and peace of mind. Please note that there is a Ring Camera over both entry doors on the top deck and ground level to monitor our cleaning services and check ins. These Ring Cameras will be on during your stay, but only monitor the entryways.
