Positive: Location was easily and safely walkable to downtown Green Lake. The floors were heated, bed very comfortable, details and amenities were above what we expected. It was well thought through and cozy.
Negative: While the home was great, the nuances of booking with this host were a bit odd. We were quite uncomfortable paying a $1000 deposit on a room that was $84. They use a third party (rather than the service provided by Booking) to take the deposit that asked for pictures of drivers license and credit card. The host did not give us much comfort while requesting pictures of our personal information. Fortunately, Booking support helped and everything turned out just fine!
