This 3,000 sq. ft. contemporary home is filled with natural sunlight and has bed space for 12. The radiant-heat hardwood floors and alder wood trim/cabinets add warmth to lovely granite and marble bath and kitchen. This second residence is in excellent condition and shared rarely by private host. The kitchen is equipped with plenty of cookware and dishes to relax on over-sized sofas in front of the gas fireplace or in new cozy outdoor chairs with fire-it and large umbrella. The small back yard space is very private protected by large aspen trees and backing up to openspaxce and hiking trails.
The residential neighborhood--Singletree--is a quiet golf course community just minutes from markets, shopping, restaurants, movie theaters, and Starbucks! Skiing is an approximate 7 minute drive to parking lots of Beaver Creek.
There is a washer/dryer on the main floor located next to bedrooms two and three downstairs. The three-car garage is heated for convenient storage of your ski gear and 2 vehicles. The master has a king-sized bed, steam shower, jetted tub and two sinks. The first guest bedroom has a queen bed sharing a jack-and-jill bath with the third guest room.
