This newly remodeled two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo is located on Manasota Key next to the Gulf of Mexico. WE ARE A WINTER MONTHLY RENTAL ONLY (with a 28-day minimum). Just steps to the beach, this unit is a unique two-floor condo. Sunburst Condominiums is a gulf to bay complex with a pool and common boat dock and fishing dock. Our unit is located on the gulf-side of the complex. The common area deck (equipped with grills) is an amazing gathering spot for guests to enjoy the evening sunsets. We are just steps from Magnolia's by the Bay, The Waverly, Lock N Key, and The Sand Bar!!!
The entire unit has been remodeled in a modern coastal design with high-end amenities and finishes. The kitchen is fully equipped for the home chef. Beautiful custom cabinets with marble countertops make this kitchen the focal point of the unit. Both bathrooms are equipped with showers with body sprays. The master bedroom has a queen bed and a private bathroom. The guest bedroom has two twin beds with plenty of storage.
