Positive: We stayed here as a family for a few days and want to give an honest review: The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, always ready to help with a smile. We really felt well taken care of. The breakfast was prepared with care and in a varied way, even if it was mostly the same options every day – you could tell they put effort into making it nice with the resources they had. The rooms were clean and tidy, and the housekeeping team really deserves praise for their work. However, there are some structural and maintenance issues that are hard to overlook: • Some open electrical connections, not ideal when traveling with children. • Moisture damage and cracks on walls and ceilings. • Water damage on door frames and traces of mold. • In the outdoor area, leaking pipes and visible damp spots.
Negative: Some parts of the accommodation clearly need renovation. We noticed moisture damage, cracks in the walls, and mold traces in the bathroom. There were also open electrical connections, which could be unsafe for children, and visible water issues around the doors and outside walls.
