Backyard features a brand new pool, pool loungers, pickleball court (paddles & balls provided) and a covered outdoor dining area with built in BBQ grill and prep station.
Guests have access to the entire home except for garage and any locked closet or cabinet.
FAQ & RULES:
OCCUPANCY:
If you have additional unapproved guests, your reservation will be automatically canceled with no refund. The amount of guests you book for is the allowed amount at the property at any time.
SECURITY:
We have 2 exterior cameras, one pointing at front entry as well as one in the backyard, overlooking the entire yard & pool for guest and host security. There is an exterior doorbell camera located at the front entrance that records upon motion. These are in place for your safety and protection! Do not touch, cover or tamper with the cameras. Doing so will result in immediate eviction of all guests w/ no refund for unused nights. There are NO cameras inside the home.
VENDORS:
Outside vendors must be approved by host to ensure we are in compliance with the city and not violating the additional guest rules.
QUIET HOURS:
Quiet hours are from 10:00pm - 9:00am per city noise ordinance. If the police are called, guests will be responsible for the fine (up to $2500)
EARLY CHECK IN / LUGGAGE DROP OFF?
We try our best to accommodate an early check in. We use the time between guests to thoroughly clean and perform any maintenance tasks so it is perfect for you! Please arrange for an early check in in advance by messaging us (early check in fee may apply)
LATE CHECK OUT?
Our home is in high demand and we often have back to back reservations. Just as we did for your arrival, we must prepare again for the next guest.
Late check-outs may be pre-arranged (late check out fee may apply), however you must do this well in advance. Please do not ask for a late check out during your stay. Our cleaners are on a tight schedule and cannot be rescheduled.
MUSIC & SPEAKERS:
We provide an bluetooth speaker to play music. The music level outside should never be loud enough to carry over the perimeter walls even outside of quiet hours.

Yes! We have a selection of pool floats and an air pump to inflate your own.

DECORATIONS:
Absolutely no tape, sticky/adhesive dots or decor with adhesive strips allowed (this removes the wall paint! And you will be charged for repair)
Do not stick or hang anything to any walls.
NO confetti or glitter inside or outside, that includes confetti balloons. If used, an extra cleaning fee will be charged to the guest.
PETS?
This is a pet free home - we absolutely love pets but for the safety and health of our owner's & other guests, pets are not allowed.
