Parties >15 is not allowed. 3 bedrooms and 1 office provide 3 queen beds, 1 twin futon. The neighborhood is quiet and there's plenty of parking off street, less than 0.5 mile to shopping clusters on Staples Mill Road between Hungary Road and E. Parham Road. Ideal for business professionals and corporate travelers. Please do not email me to ask if my house is available at such dates...the website shows you the available listings after you put down your travel dates. I will not return your email if you ask if my house is available because I think you may be a scammer. We pre-charge the use of the pool and the hot tub. You need to let us know after booking if you want to use the pool and the hot tub. The website does not have the function to turn off a specific charge based on seasons. For example, if I do not charge the pool in the winter, people end up booking my place for the summer, I end up losing money because there's no fee listed for using the pool in the summer.
