It's like having the Eiffel Tower in your living room. New luxury spa bathroom. Across the street from 2 metros with a 5 theatre Cineplex a short walk . A cook's dream with the stainless steel dishwasher, fridge and cupboards, white china. Bathroom features stainless rain shower, new tub and hand shower + new ceramic double sink on floating laquered vanity. Top floor unit features 2 story skylight in the bathroom. Partially furnished. Luxury, king bed is top of the line foam and pocket coil, less than a year old. Nice linens and towels as well as king bedspread. Big screen TV. New stainless laundry appliances. Extremely quiet building with new sound proof windows. Elevator, air conditioning. Easy access to downtown. One parking space. Bixi stand across the street with lots of bike paths connected to downtown. Montreal's most beautiful park and the botanical gardens across the street behind the spine of the stadium. 3 Gyms, including Montreal's largest as well as Olympic stadium state of the art gym are all within a block. The latter has 2 new olympic size pools. Coveted address in cool area, best market of Montreal a short walk and lots of gourmet restaurants, banks and bakeries a few blocks south. First Friday of every month features 80 gourmet food trucks across the street post pandemic. Includes outdoor parking space right at the door and internet and wifi.
