Beautiful 4 bedroom (2 Masters), 3 bath, 1 Story Home in the desirable Val Vista Lakes Community. Spacious and functional for family and groups; sleeps 11 adults (pack & play and couch available for smaller children). Large grassy corner lot and private play pool. plenty of seating and large bbq in backyard. Thoughtful touches and decor make this home cozy and comfortable. There's plenty of room to spread out amongst the spacious the living area and 4 cozy bedrooms. The neighborhood, full of greens, paths, & parks, close to freeways and shopping, is very safe & friendly. Although our pool unheated, Val Vista clubhouse with its many amenities can be available for use during a 7+ day stay. There is a $125 one time fee per group per stay to be paid directly to the clubhouse.
