The studio is located on the ground floor, but due to the high elevation (on top of the boulevard), you still have a beautiful view of the sea. You can see the boats passing by while enjoying the comfort of the studio from the couch, from your bed, and from the outside bench. The studio has a south-facing location on the sunny boulevard of Vlissingen (sunniest city of the Netherlands) on the Walcheren peninsula. Nowhere in Europe do the sea vessels sail so close to the coast (more than 100 boats every day)!
