We spend countless hours on our decks enjoying all there is too see , between the picturesque Marsh with all sorts of wildlife to the Ocean views, there is a lot to love about our home and we hope you enjoy it as much as we do.

LOCATION! LOCATION! Luxury beach home with sweeping Nantucket Sound views. Mere steps to your soft sandy and spacious privately monitored and maintained beach. Savor the panoramic views from one of the three elevated decks or take your favorite beverage and book and sit on the beach and enjoy the sunset in tranquility.
Follow the brick path through the hydrangeas to the entry porch of this modern coastal beach home. Once you enter the home you are greeted by fun sea-creatures in the floor tiles and high ceilings with modern coastal decor! To the left is a sitting area with pull out twin love seat and a side exit to the deck and brick patio with fire pit below. To the right is a wonderful family room with plenty of seating (including a full size pull out couch) , flat screen TV and game table for puzzles or family game night. To the left is the deck with wicker couch and 2 rockers just perfect for morning coffee and views of the ducks and other wildlife in the marsh. Neatly tucked away in the closet in the living room is a stack-able full size washer and dryer.
Continue through to the Bedroom #1 with a queen bed, flat screen TV and ceiling fan. Through the pocket door you will find a full bathroom with tub and shower that can also be accessed from the hallway.
Ascend the stairs to take in the brightly lit kitchen with center island with seating for two. Plenty of counter space, cabinets and stainless appliances await you to make unforgettable meals. To the left you can't help but be taken back by the panoramic views of Nantucket Sound. Sit at the lovely dining table with L shaped bench with cushioned seating that will seat up to 6 or enjoy an evening glass of wine in the rocking chair all while taking in the view. Off the dining area is another deck just waiting for you to enjoy appetizers with a high top bistro set! Down the hallway is Bedroom #2 with a queen bed, flat screen TV and ceiling fan. The pocket door leads you to the second full bathroom with tub/shower combo and access from the hallway.
