Positive: A very comfortable and reasonably priced stay. The unit is mostly updated and spacious, especially for the two of us. It was nicely furnished. You can see just a bit of the ocean from the unit, but the view is otherwise nice. Itโ€™s a short walk out the back door of the pool deck, in case you want to walk the beach. There are two pools, but neither is heated. Very convenient to shopping and some great restaurants. Parking is more than ample and thanks to various carts and the elevator, it was easy to move the contents of our car to the condo. We stayed for about two weeks. We had a very nice time in St Augustine, and would probably return to rent this unit again.
Negative: We wished at least one of the pools was heated. Apparently one was at one time, but the heating plant broke and the decision not to repair it. But like most places similar to this with HOAโ€™s. they tend not to like to heat their pools in an effort to save money. If this stay was not in February, but other times of the year, it probably would not have been an issue.
Summary: A very comfortable and nicely priced stay.
