The pool and garden are cleaned and maintained daily by our gardener.

The large, lighted roof terrace offers stunning panoramic views of the sea and the islands as well as the mountains.
Enjoy on clear nights the view of the Milky Way and use the existing telescope to observe the constellations.
All rooms are at ground level and have their own access to the terraces.

Microwave, dishwasher, sandwich maker, ceramic hob, extractor, kettle, oven, egg cooker, coffee machine, large fridge-freezer and crockery, cutlery and glasses for at least 6 people. The house is equipped with underfloor heating in the living room, dining room and bathroom.

The house can be reached by public transport, but we recommend a rental car to explore the numerous, important sights in the vicinity. For example, the historical archaeological site Phaistos, the well-known beautiful Komos Beach u. V. M. but also for hikers the area is ideal. The Villa Nisi is from Heraklion by car in about 45 min. easy to reach. The way to the house is to drive with a normal car.
