Professionally decorated and meticulously maintained, the space is ideal for couples, families, or small groups looking to unwind in comfort.

- Bedroom 1 (Main Floor): King bed, large closet, sliding doors to deck with water views. The adjacent main floor bathroom can be closed off to create a private ensuite.

- Bedroom 3 (Second Floor): Split King (two twins or one King) — ideal for flexibility.
- Den/Office Flex Space: Features a double pull-out sofa, desk, and Smart TV — perfect for remote work or extra guests.

- Kayaks, paddles, and life jackets (adult and child sizes) are provided for guests to explore the bay safely.
