Fabulous four bedroom waterfront home located on a private road on Hashamomuck Pond. Sit back, relax in the backyard and enjoy the spectacular secluded views. Start a fire in the outdoor firepit and enjoy stargazing, sipping local spirits and making s'mores. Walk steps from the front door to Southold Beach and see some of the most stunning sunsets of the North Fork.
A perfect place to escape Covid with plenty of tables to work from and couches with waterfront views to read and relax! While you unwind in the backyard you can kayak and stand-up paddleboard on the serene pond. Spend the day visiting parks, vineyards, farm-stands, beaches, breweries, shops, restaurants and farms or you can stay home and have a relaxing picnic right on the water and never have to leave the house. Our amazing central location is an easy 3 min drive to the town of Southold or a 7-minute drive to Historic Greenport Village.
There is full bathroom and two bedrooms on the first floor (1 queen and 2 twin) and another full bathroom and 2 bedrooms on the second floor (1 king and 3 twins!). The house has a full-size eat-in kitchen, with modern stainless appliances. The living room has a large screen TV with Cable and a Firestick. Our favorite room might be the spacious sunroom, with another dining room table and couch with beautiful views of the pond! A perfect spot for working from home, attending remote school or just enjoying the water views while having a nice meal with your family or friends.
