Stay in our spacious home and live like a true local in Las Vegas. We're within driving distance to restaurants, casinos, and of course, the Las Vegas Strip. We are also less than 15 miles (20 minutes) away from Red Rock Canyon, a great home for climbers. The house comes with contactless self-check-in, free parking, and a beautiful coffee and tea bar. During your stay, you can enjoy all areas of the home including the balcony, kitchen, workspace, and game room. We've got everything you need.
The space: Come stay with us and enjoy a spacious 2100 square foot home with 3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms that can easily accommodate 12 guests. The house is fully furnished with all basic appliances, essentials, and amenities. Self-check-in with a keyless entry code provided prior to your arrival. You will have plenty of parking spaces, including in the garage and on the driveway during your stay. Free and additional street parking is available.
You will find the living room, kitchen, game room, and full bathroom downstairs. The living room is open and bright and connects the dining area to the game room. There is also a sleeper sofa in the game room downstairs.
The open kitchen is furnished with all basic appliances such as a microwave, dishwasher, oven, stove, refrigerator, and freezer. We have also provided cooking utensils, pots, pans, eating utensils, cups, and bowls. To help you enjoy your stay and make yourself at home, you can also use the coffee maker, kettle, blender, waffle maker, rice cooker, and toaster oven.
We also have a beautiful customized coffee and tea bar in the kitchen area for you and your loved ones to enjoy complimentary tea, coffee, and hot chocolate.
Make your meals or order in and have lots of seating areas from the countertop, the bar top, or the dining area.
You can also step right outside the kitchen into the backyard and enjoy the outdoor seating area.
There is an outdoor fire pit, patio furniture, and cornhole provided in the large backyard.
The bedrooms, 2 more bathrooms, and access to the balcony are upstairs. The master bedroom comes with 2 queen-sized beds and a large master bathroom with 2 sinks, a shower, toilet, and a jetted tub. Down the hall, you will find 2 more bedrooms, each with a full-sized bed and a twin-sized bed. There is a full bathroom upstairs with a sink, toilet, and shower. There is also a loft area with a sleeper sofa and work desk.
Access to the balcony is from the master bedroom. You can see the Fabulous Las Vegas Strip from a distance. String lights are set up for a nice ambiance for you and your loved ones to enjoy at night.
Guest access
This is a spacious home where you can enjoy uninterrupted access to all areas of the home during your stay. You also have access to both washers and dryers. There is a locked closet downstairs near the stairs for the cleaners and their storage.

- No parties or events
- Treat this home with respect and please also respect the neighbors
- No smoking inside the home. (A $50 fee will be charged for any cigarette butts and/or smell left behind, we will use your deposit for this. You may smoke in the backyard and throw cigarette butts in the big trash cans outside)
- Please be courteous and keep the noise down
- Quiet time is after 10 PM, this includes outdoor noise as well.
- Please utilize the 2 car garage and driveway for parking. Please limit parking in the street. No more than 2 cars on the street during your stay.
- Paper supplies - You are responsible for your own toilet paper and paper towels. We will provide you with 2 rolls per bathroom and 1 paper towel roll in the kitchen. Make sure to visit the stores to supply yourselves for the duration of your stay.
- Please keep the outside front gate closed at all times
- Central AC and heat are provided with 2 nest thermostats, 1 downstairs and 1 upstairs. Please do not turn the AC lower than 65 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Ceiling Fans are available in the kitchen and master bedroom
- Floor fans are available for use in the 2 bedrooms.
- Please do not move any TV or wifi cables around
- Broom, dustpan, and vacuum are located in the laundry room
- Wipes and dishwasher detergent are located under the kitchen sink.
- Laundry- There are 2 washer and dryer sets located in the laundry room and in the garage. We supply complimentary detergent pods and dryer sheets. Please clean the lint trap after using the dryer. Please do not overfill the machines, they will break.

Kitchen rules
- Do all your dishes & place everything back where it was. You may use the dishwasher. There are dishwasher detergent tablets under the sink.
- Do not place hot pots or pans on the countertops
- Turn off the stove and oven after use
- Do not drop metal or foods in the garbage disposal of the sink, please use the trash can.
Restroom rules
- Do not flush baby wipes or feminine products down the toilet, please throw everything in the trash.
- The toilet is very sensitive and will clog, overflow, and can take up to 24 hours to fix.
To avoid extra charges, please follow the check-out procedure list below
- Checkout time is 10 AM sharp, as cleaning staff will arrive at 10 AM to clean for same-day guests checking in.
- Fees will be charged for unapproved late check-outs as it affects the schedule of the entire day.
- Remove all trash, use the big trash bins located outside in the backyard. Weekly trash pick-up day is Tuesday morning.
- Please wash your dishes and kitchenware & put them away as they were.
- Clean up after yourselves, we will take care of detailed cleaning.
- Please clean up the coffee maker, blender, toaster, or any other amenities used.
- Throw away all opened food from the refrigerator
- Please only leave unopened items in the refrigerator. Opened condiments are OK
- Please put furniture back to how it was if you moved them
- Turn off lights, fans, AC, and heat
- Unplug all appliances except for the refrigerator
- Lock and close all the doors (some doors have an upper lock, you can leave those unlocked.
- Please make sure the garage door and front gate are closed.
- Double-check for all your belongings.
- If you used the dryer, please clean the lint trap.
If you would like to extend your stay and there is availability on the calendar please let us know 24 hours in advance to accommodate.
