Bon Bini! Nice that you are interested in Curacao Beach Residence. A spacious apartment in the beautiful, peaceful park “Royal Palm Resort” on the Piscadera Baaij, centrally on Curacao.
The apartment is new to the rental. It was renovated and prepared for rental in August 2019. We use an attractive price rate because we think it is important that we get a continuous occupation.
You choose the Curaçao Beach Residence apartment because of the space, complete furnishings and tranquility;
• The apartment is very spacious (210 m2), with 3 bedrooms (with air conditioning) and 3 bathrooms (all with their own toilet and shower)
• Great for larger families, groups or families going on vacation with grandfathers, grandmothers, or au pair
• It is one of the few apartments in this park that offer this space
• With the 3 bedrooms and bathrooms a very good price / quality ratio
• The apartment is fully furnished from iron and washing machine to beach towels, hair dryer and children's beach toys.
• Good free WiFi connection, and 2 TVs with a. Dutch channels
• The apartment has two large terraces of 30 m2 each, 1 covered terrace with ceiling fan and 1 sun terrace. The terrace can be reached through several doors.
• There is a robust large dining table on the covered terrace so you can have a pleasant evening of dining
• Although it is on the first floor, you can still walk back to the gallery on the ground floor. So you don't have to walk stairs, unlike other apartments in the park
• You can also enter through the large indoor garage with electrically operated garage door. By putting your car in the garage you get into a nice cool car when you go out
• The swimming pool is less than a minute away. So you are there quickly but you are not bothered by the swimming sounds
• Despite the security at the park, the apartment itself is also well protected
• There are sea views from the apartment in 3 places
• Camping bed and high chair available
• The apartment is tastefully decorated with the guest experience central, so you will not end up in a "other people's" private holiday home

• Do you like visiting beautiful beaches such as Cas Abou and Kokomo Beach? It is only a short drive from Royal Park. If you want to go to the busier tourist beaches such as Mambo Beach then you are there within 20 minutes
• The security of the park is among the best on the island, the park is monitored 24/7
• It is a chic park with beautiful landscaped gardens, spacious in design and atmospheric lighting in the evening
• Do you not want to go out for a day? Then you can spend the whole day at the swimming pool with a view of the Caribbean Sea
• The beach is within walking distance of the park
• The large shopping center “Sambil” with countless shops and a large new Carrefour supermarket is 5 minutes by car. The other supermarket "Center" is also 5 minutes by car
• Other hotspots are nearby; the beach Pirate Bay, the best fish restaurant of Curaçao de Visserij and the professional diving center "the diveshop-Curacao", where you can get the PADI certification

Summary: We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the condo. It was spacious and extremely clean. Owner did everything to make our stay as pleasant as possible. Having a garage on same level as condo was a huge asset. No need to climb any stairs to reach our place with groceries etc. Only issue was pool cleanliness. They resort manager was unable to keep pool properly maintained. They had a scheduled for skimming and cleaning that was I believe only 3-4 days in a week where it should be done daily. We had many days where it was unusable due to pool pump no working. With no circulation it rendered the pool unsanitary and while the owner and condo manager were extremely responsive the problem persisted. It persisted mainly because the resort management either ignored owners/condo managers request or were incompetent. I know owner is addressing with HOA and hopes it will be resolved soon. The above comments are only telated to the pool all other aspects of the condo itself we’re excellent and the grounds and floral in resort were impeccable. I hope they get the pool issues resolved as it is a perfect location and a beautiful condo and resort.
