The villa has been subjected to a comprehensive core renovation and divided into lovingly furnished 1 and 2 bedroom apartments with great attention to detail. To be highlighted are the beautiful stucco ceilings, which were designed according to the historical charm of the villa. On the grounds of the "Villa Fiorita" there are also three beautifully furnished 1 ½-room apartments as well as a 2 ½-room apartment in the Dépendance "Villa Giardino". For all guests of both houses is a washing machine in common use available.
