Is a one bed one bath cottage which includes a queen size pull out couch to sleep a total of four. It has a full kitchen with all the necessary amenities. A complete eat in dining area. The living room has Internet TV and free Wi-Fi. In-house laundry is also included. The on property pool itโs just steps from your rear French doors. Best of all the cottage is just a 200 yd walk to a beautiful public but secluded beach.
The beautiful cottage is newly renovated. Fresh old style Spanish tile flooring, granite kitchen countertops with a deep ceramic sink and new appliances. The bathroom is beautifully tiled and has glass shower doors. Thereโs a comfortable queen size bed in the bedroom in front of a large double window overlooking the yard and pool. The living room has a brand new queen size pull out couch.

You are just steps from the beach. About 200 yds to the right out our gate is a dirt road. Make a left and youโre 50 yds from the water.
