Summary: I was brushing my teeth upstairs and a cockroach ran across my foot. I took a video of where the cockroaches were going in and out of the wall and sent it to the property owner/manager. I expressed my displease and asked for a refund because this was the first night of multiple and I wanted to leave, property manager pretty much blamed me and said not to leave windows or doors open - I had been at the property for probably 2 hours and it was almost 100 degrees out, the only thing I opened was the front door briefly to get into the place. He said my stay is non refundable and suggested I spray bug spray where they are entering and exiting the wall while I was still staying there - horrible experience and an unfortunate handling of the experience by the property manager.
